To launch the application, double-click either on the desktop
shortcut you created (under Windows), or on the file
CODE>gv.jar that will be located in a sub-folder of the
installation folder you specified.
(On Unix-like systems, launch the program with the command
"java -jar gv.jar".)
This will cause the Java Virtual Machine to start and load
the application code from the JAR file.
Once the application has started, a screen that looks like
this will appear.
